“An electrical resistance for each application”

To build our heating systems we use electrical resistances made specially for Thermoflu Concept according to a precise set of specifications that is drawn up for each application.

Heating GAS/AIR

Thermoflu Concept has developed a whole range of air heaters, duct heaters and hot air furnaces for air heating systems. For better convective heat transfer we exclusively use electrical resistances made of type ASI 321 alloy stainless steel with dark annealing obtained in a nitrogen/hydrogen atmosphere.

Air heaters for maintaining the temperature of refrigeration condensers, power per unit: 130 kW / temperature = 40°C
Forced air heating units for industrial furnace, power per unit: 9 kW / temperature = 260°C
Duct heaters for a drier unit in an industrial process, power per unit: 45 kW / temperature = 140°C
Heater batteries for the oil industry, power per unit: 300 kW / temperature = 40°C

Gas heaters / vaporisers

For heating inert gases such as argon, nitrogen, CO2 or oxygen, we take advantage of our aluminium foundry to produce cast-in heaters that provide an optimum heating input before gas expansion or phase transition.

For greater efficiency and reliability, our heaters consist of a stainless steel coil and electrical resistances mounted inside a stainless steel case entirely cast in aluminium

Heating LIQUIDS

Whatever the nature of the liquid that needs to be heated (water, glycol, oils, hydrocarbons or vapour), we recommend the use of our Thermoflu heater, which avoids direct contact between the electrical resistance and the fluid heated.

The Thermoflu can easily and advantageously replace the submersed heating elements and loop heaters commonly used to heat liquids. The fruit of lengthy experience in the application of electric fluid heating techniques, it provides all the advantages of an easy-to-install, compact, robust modular system.

The Thermoflu technology also enables us to offer a whole range of standard or special thermoregulators for industrial processes.

Heating SOLIDS

Convection or radiant heating

For heating parts or materials without them coming into contact with the heating element, the different technologies we use enable us to offer a whole range of specific furnaces operating at temperatures up to 1000°C.

Conduction heating

When a manufacturing process requires direct heating of a part by contact with the heating element, our aluminium foundry enables us to develop cast-in solutions for each specific need (industrial heating tables, heating plates).
